WhatsApp Animations & Storyboards

I have had the pleasure of working alongside the WhatsApp Creative X team at Facebook on a series of prototype animations for large and small-scale campaigns released across social media. These tasks ranged from designing, illustrating, and animating animated social ads, creating storyboards to accompany larger pitch decks, and illustrating icons and imagery to accompany animations and storyboards. All assets created were required under extremely tight deadlines while simultaneously going through multiple rounds of revisions internally. Asset versions would be completed within hours while maintaining close communication with the team to re-direct ideas, styles, animations, and more throughout the process as needed.

The following storyboards were created to accompany pitch decks for Facebook’s internal marketing team to capture the overall story and narrative needed for a series of WhatsApp COVID-19 ads focused on bringing individuals, friends, and family together even when we are apart.
